WSP USA is currently seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Civil Engineer II for our Guam office. The successful candidate will perform technical tasks under general supervision of senior level engineers on a diverse project workload.

This position is ideal for engineers who have had roadway design experience and are seeking an opportunity for career development, mentoring and creative challenges with one of the world's premier engineering firms. Candidate will have direct client contact and will support all phases of project civil design including development of roadway/site plans, grading, drainage, utility/infrastructure design, traffic engineering, earthwork/quantity calculations, client/agency coordination, and cost estimating.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the civil engineering design field with a transportation engineering focus.

  • BSCE from an accredited program.

  • Experience working with State DOTs and/or FHWA

  • Working knowledge of Microstation and AutoCAD.

  • Working knowledge of InRoads and/or Civil 3D is preferred.

  • Must have EIT or ability to obtain within 1-year. Having a civil engineering PE License preferred.

  • A strong knowledge of AASHTO design principles.

  • Experience working with public agencies preferred

  • The ideal candidate will have had experience working with local Guam agencies

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
